Shipping policy

Lincoln Rose Collection currently ships orders within Australia.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, public holidays or unexpected delays, dispatch may take a little longer.

We primarily use Australia Post and, where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, parcel size, destination and available shipping method. Some larger, heavier or bulky items may have different shipping charges.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with enquiries where possible.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected items. Please contact us at hello@lincolnrosecollection.com before purchasing if you require delivery outside Australia. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
